How long until I'm connected?
Standard industry timeframe for complete connection is within 5 to 10 working days to transfer a landline connection to AlphaCall or provision an ADSL service. Internet dial-up or long distance override service can be connected within 2-3 hours.

Just ring us on 1300 730 703 and we will give you the exact rate per minute, or check our website www.alphacall.com.au for the current rates or specials.

Can I pay my bill by credit card?
Yes, we accept payments using any credit card; AMEX, BC, MC, or VISA cards are accepted.
What do I need to do if I move to new premises?
If you have your line rental billed with AlphaCall then call us on 1300 730 703 to arrange your relocation. We will organise the set up of your new line(s) and any redirections that may be required on your old line(s).
