What happens next?

  1. An order confirmation will be sent to .
  2. We'll confirm your address can be connected.
  3. When we confirm your service can be connected, you'll receive the expected activation date. If you ordered a modem, we'll configure and send it to you.
  4. If an installation appointment will be required where you need to be in attendance, we'll notify you of these details via email.
  5. We'll let you know as soon as your Fibre Broadband is active.
  6. Once your service is active we'll also debit your credit card or bank account for:
    • Broadband activation charge (if applicable).
    • The first month's subscription fee.
    • Modem and delivery costs (if applicable).

Please check your email (nominated during registration) regularly for further progress of your installation status.
